The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and big. Bed comfortable. However, the door lock got stuck and I couldn’t open the door without a struggle. The toilet seat was so loose it nearly fell off. BUT, when I complained, maintenance responded within four minutes and both were fixed immediately. Great staff. Especially Night Clerk Randy.
